About Dr. Ram Mohan Godavarthy

Dr Godavarthy Ram Mohan Managing Director of Inodaya hospitals a unit of GNM Healthcare Pvt Ltd, located at Nagamallithota junction, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. With more than 20 years of surgical experience and operated more than 20 thousand laparoscopic surgery cases.

Previously Worked as a consultant at Kamineni Hospitals, L.B Nagar, Hyderabad in Dept of Surgical Gastroenterology and Liver Transplantation from 2001-2010. Where during this period performed all Major HepatoBiliary Surgeries and also was part of 18 Liver Transplantations.

Joined Apollo Hospitals, Kakinada as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Surgical Gastroenterology, Bariatric and metabolic surgery from (2011-2017). During his tenure he was the first Surgeon in East and west Godavari districts to Start Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery Programme in 2011 and later went on to perform more than 400 bariatric surgery cases till date. He has organised many Live Surgical Workshops in various National Conferences and also as operating faculty in many state conferences.

He is member of many national & International Surgical Associations-ASI, IAGES, AMASI, IHS, OSSI, IFSO. He has many Fellowships in the field of Bariatric Surgery, HPB Surgery, Basic and Advanced endoscopy. He is an active member of Association of Surgeons of India-AP Chapter. He was Honorary Treasurer of the Association for 4 years. He is also Faculty for State and National surgical Conferences.

Our cath lab is Equipped with state of the art ceiling mounted Philips FD 10 Cath lab for Interventional coronary stenting, Pacemaker implantations and endovascular interventions for peripheral vascular Diseases. IABP and Holter monitoring and Electrophysiological studies. Phillips Echo cardiography and trans oesophageal echo facility.

We are the first centre in Kakinada to have Air handling units in all ICU with 30 beds, which prevents cross infections in ICU.Phillips multipara monitors, Maquet and Hamilton ventilators,DVT Pumps and air beds. Bed side Dialysis facility for critically ill patients.

We have Dialysis Unit with 10 beds with Freseniu’s Dialysis machines. We have 24×7 emergency services.
